The Iveco compound in the center of Tel Aviv is covering a 24 dunam lot adjacent to Hashalom Road on the north and within a walking distance of the Ha’hagana Train Station (Azrieli Center). The compound borders on primary transportation arteries, such as the Ayalon Highway and the Ha’hagana Road.

The project includes two planned office towers of 36 stories each, on an area of 100,000 square meters, as well as two residential towers of 32 stories each (300 residential units) adjacent to open green areas on the east (Ha’haskala Park).

On the ground floors of the residential and office towers are planned commercial areas spanning 4,000 square meters. The project also includes underground parking lots with a capacity of 2200 vehicles.
