Mondon allied with Indian partners in a memorandum of understanding for the purchase of approximately 600 acres (approximately 2,424 dunam) of agricultural lands in the city south of Delhi with a price of approximately 180 thousand American Dollars per acre, and totaling up to 108 million American Dollars.
It is the intent of the company to work towards changing the designation of the lands in order that the construction of township (an integrated project to construct residential, commercial, office and hi-tech use) be allowed, with the size of approximately 4 million meters squared. The total investment in the project (including price of land), is liable to come to a total of approximately 2 billion dollars.

The above mentioned, with regards to the intent of the buyer and the preparation of the company are within the realm of future-looking information. These preparations rely, inter alia, on inspections that were arranged by the company and on evaluations of local consultants that are employed by the parent company. There is no certainty that if the lands are purchased it will be possible to change their designation as specified and to construct on them structures to the extent specified, and there is no certainty that the extent of the investment will not deviate from the predetermined amount above, inter alia, in light of the early stage of the process and the lack of specified plans for the project.
